We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was nice, had convenient location in a nice neighbourhood. Booked king room with balcony.

Its location is excellent, close enough to utilize the free shuttle bus to the airport, shopping mall and a light industrial area. The hotel staff is excellent and efficient.

Its rooms are good-sized with balcony and coffee plus tea for a COMFORTABLE stay. The staff has always been super-friendly and very pleasant.

The room is a little dated.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay at Novena Palms Motel

We arrived at Novena Palms Motel without a reservation and were relieved to find availability during a busy weekend. The motel's location near the airport was perfect for our short stopover. The room was neat, clean, and well-maintained, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the efficient and friendly service from the staff. The proximity to the airport made our early morning departure hassle-free, with a convenient key return box. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a small bathroom and a bit of noise from the surrounding area, these did not greatly impact our overall experience. Considering our needs for a short stay, Novena Palms Motel fulfilled our requirements perfectly. We would recommend this motel to others in a similar situation. it provided us with a comfortable and convenient stay.

King room we stayed at was huge with balcony. The staff were helpful and the location was perfect.

It was quiet and the bed was very good

The air conditioner was too noisy to usethere should have been biscuits to have with the coffee

it was surely a good stay for 1 night. it was clean and the staff were competent, beds were comfortable.

The location was exceptionally nice for traveling around Brisbane, short walk to airport and shuttle bus, Tombul Mall, which has great shopping and the nearest pub or restaurant for dinner or Cafe for breakfast. The staff were excellent at this place. The room was functional and large, had private bathroom.

We had a great stay here! The airport shuttle service was very convenient and saved us money. The location was also great and we had no problems with noise. Our room was equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave which was very handy. The staff were friendly and responsive to our emails.

Clean , comfortable and inviting. I would be happy to stay there again and I probably will. The location is excellent for flights out in the morning.

Difficult to turn into if travelling North.

I liked the place, it was clean & the staff were excellent. The location was exceptionally nice, 10 km to Brisbane airport, perfectly reachable. The in-house restaurant was good and offered outstanding meals. Everything here was perfect, I would stay here again;))
